I recently published a simple guide (link below) that provides an overview of the process I use for Jobs-to-be-Done research and strategy formulation. I encourage you to read through that as a precursor for what’s about to come.
While this approach is common sense, it can also gets rigorous if you follow the origins of the method. While I will eventually explain the process further, much of that rigor is no longer necessary due to advances in technology.
You don’t have to believe that.
But, if you want to learn how to do this slower than everyone else, and more expensively than everyone else, my approach is not for you. I get the same or better results, at a fraction of the cost and there are only so many people that value these things 🤣
